WRU Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

What is the WRU PDF?

The WRU Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme (PDF) is a structured research opportunity conducted jointly with internationally recognised universities. Each fellow is guided by a Principal Supervisor at the host university and an international Co-Supervisor who serves as the primary research contact.

Principal Supervisor: Appointed from the host university — Jesselton University College or Spectrum International University College, Malaysia. Provides academic oversight and institutional validation.
Co-Supervisor: An international domain expert who serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day research guidance throughout the fellowship.
Deliverables: A thesis or research report plus Scopus-indexed publications with the host university as first affiliation. Exact requirements vary by university — see individual programme pages for details.
WRU Members Only: All fellowship programmes are exclusively available to WRU Members. Registration is free at members.wrunion.org.
