AIP Conference Proceedings
The accepted papers of TIC-2024 will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings https://pubs.aip.org/aip. AIP Publishing recognizes the importance of enhancing visibility and discoverability of published research by including published research in abstracting and indexing (A+I) databases that researchers use. AIP supports the work of A+I services by providing researchers with access to all of our published proceedings volumes upon publication. However, how quickly selected proceedings are available in AIP portal depends upon the queuing system of AIP, therefore TIC-2024 doesn't assure on timeline for publication. Perhaps the publication production may take 3-5 months from the date of Conference. AIP Publishing has no influence on this time frame. Publication Process
TIC-2024 will be submitting the final manuscripts to AIP by December 2024 and we expect it to get it published within 3-4 months time, however, the time frame depends upon AIP queuing system.
Most pure proceedings publications, including TIC-2024 manuscripts, use author-prepared PDF files for publication and production of printed copies.
Proceedings papers are submitted directly to the proceedings editors who manage the review process and collect the accepted articles.
The editors will submit the proceedings articles and copyright release forms to AIP Publishing in a single batch rather than individually as each paper is ready.
The proceedings manuscripts are published as a single collection (volume) of AIP Conference Proceedings.
Changes to articles after they have been published IS NOT POSSIBLE. We place great importance on the authority of articles after they have been published and our policy is based on best practice in the academic publishing community. TIC-2024 works closely with authors to make corrections to published work before the submission, however the AIP reserves the right to make any and all corrections in order to preserve the scholarly record. TIC-2024 is an AIP Conference Proceedings (a leading proceedings publisher) to publish all presented papers and to index in Scopus
Only Accepted papers can be presented. Only Presented papers, will be published.
Participants joining through Malaysian Welfare Foundation, may have to pay some additional fee to them directly
WRU has NO representatives, agents, marketers to promote our conferences. So please do not become a victim by registering elsewhere, if you want to attend TIC-2024. Only papers submitted at our CMT will be considered
Once the fee is paid - Invitation Letter will be released (and names will be updated in verification-page).
Registration fee is same for in-person and virtual presenters.
